2008 Olympics
- Souleymane Chabal El Moctar competed in the men's 800 meters. He was eliminated in the first round of heats, finishing in seventh place of Heat 5 with a time of 1:57.43.
- Bounkou Camara competed in the women's 100 meters. She was eliminated in the first round of heats, finishing in ninth place of Heat 3 with a time of 13.69.
