Michael Wardian is an American marathoner and ultramarathoner.

On March 1, 2009, Wardian won his second consecutive National 50K championship in 2:56:36; his winning margin exceeded ten minutes. The race was held in conjunction with the Caumsett State Park 50K in Huntington, NY, and the course consisted of a 2.61 mile loop on a paved path with a view of Long Island Sound. Unlike last year, Wardian failed to break his National Championship record of 2:55:04 .
